MBA Program Manager
dr hab. Agata Malak-Rawlikowska, prof. SGGW
works as a professor at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences at the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises, Faculty of Economics, SGGW. A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Agriculture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (2001), and Professional Agricultural University in Dronten in the Netherlands. In 2005, she obtained a doctorate in economics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and in 2019, a postdoctoral degree in economics and finance. He conducts didactic classes in the field of economics and organization of enterprises (including farms), production economics and economic analysis of enterprises. Her scientific and research activity focuses on the issues of business economics and agricultural policy, as well as the processes of vertical integration in agribusiness. Author of over 100 scientific publications, awarded by the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for research, teaching and organization. For years, he has been actively participating in international research teams, including as a contractor of 17 international research projects, but also as a board member of international organizations such as the International Farm Management Association and Visegrad University Association.

Prof. dr hab. Edward Majewski
Professor dr hab., Researcher at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, head of the MBA studies in Agribusiness Management in 1996-2017. In the years 1993-1996, he was the coordinator of the “Sustainable Agriculture” program at the Foundation for the Development of Polish Agriculture (FDPA). Lecturer at the Higher School of Humanities in Pułtusk (2000-2003) and at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology. He completed research internships at SAC Aberdeen (Scotland) and Yale University (USA).
Research interests: Sustainable Development, the impact of changes in agricultural policy on the situation in Polish agriculture. Teaching – strategic management, Total Quality Management, business plan.
Coordinator and contractor in several national and international research projects, author of expert opinions and consulting studies. Member of the network of independent experts of DG VI of the European Commission in 2001-2003. Coordinator in teaching projects financed by European Union programs: Tempus (1992-1994), Tessa (1995), Leonardo da Vinci (2004-2007).
Author of approx. 200 scientific publications, author of academic scripts and the business plan computer program. Awarded with the medal of the National Education Commission, twice awarded the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) for scientific and research activities.
Aleksandra Górecka
Assistant professor at the Department of Logistics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, PhD in economics. Head of the Center for Innovation and Knowledge Transfer in Agribusiness. In the years 2014-2016, she was a supervisor of the Logistics Science Club. Lecturer at MBA-Agribusiness studies at the University of Belgorod (Russia).
Winner of the Master of Education competition at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 2016 in the Faculty Master category and in 2015 in the Master of Science Clubs category. Participant of numerous foreign research and teaching internships.
The main scientific and didactic interests include: transport issues, transport infrastructure, transport policy, economic geography, sustainable development, logistics in enterprises and supply chain management, greenlogistics.

Associate professor at the Department of Corporate Finance Management (Institute of Corporate Finance and Investments) at the College of Enterprise Sciences at the Warsaw School of Economics. Habilitated doctor in economic sciences. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed research internships at Thames Valley University and Stirling University. He specializes in corporate governance, corporate finance and the capital market.
She was a lecturer at MBA studies conducted in cooperation with Oxford Brookes University. Author and co-author of many publications, incl. of the books “Theories of corporate governance. Rule and Control in a Complex World ”,“ Ownership and Control. The perspective of shareholders in public companies “,” Role and tasks of the financial director “and” Marketing and finance in the enterprise. From conflict to synergy ”. It implements consulting and training projects.

An expert in the field of strategic management and practice with extensive experience in implementing modern strategic management systems in large organizations (strategy implementation, strategy monitoring, corporate strategy, development strategy, competition strategy, Balanced Scorecard, bonus systems supporting strategy, periodic evaluation systems supporting strategy, building involving managers and employees for the strategy, cascading goals to the level of business units, support centers, cascading to the level of departments and key managers). Author of practical and unique methods in the field of negotiation, persuasion and effective communication. He implements strategy and negotiation policy in enterprises, advises management and supports sales teams. A precursor of a new communication method based on DM standards (Motivational Dialogue). Specialist in the field of LWWW (Linguistic Patterns of Exerting Influence) and author of the negotiation method: “neuro-persuasion in negotiations”.
Author of publications, innovative training projects and vice president of Sunny Poland Sp. z o. o. Advisor in leading companies in the FMCG, automotive and construction industries.
Justyna Franc-Dąbrowska
Associate professor and head of the Enterprise Finance Department of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Vice-Dean for Full-time studies at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Head of Stationary Doctoral Studies (edition: 2015-2019). A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Agriculture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (1999), where she obtained a postdoctoral degree (2011) (Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences). He conducts didactic classes in the field of corporate finance, financial analysis, management by value for owners. Her research activities focus on dividend policy, capital structure and financial liquidity. Author of approx. 100 scientific publications, participant of many national and foreign conferences.

A long-time lecturer in the following subjects: management accounting, financial accounting, audit, cost controlling in an enterprise, financial control and audit. Lecturer at Postgraduate Studies in Accounting, Postgraduate Studies in Management Accounting and Controlling, Postgraduate Studies in Entrepreneurship, Postgraduate Studies in Property Management and training in financial, management and tax accounting. A three-time winner of the 1st place in the competition for the best lecturer in the opinion of students of Postgraduate Accounting Studies and Postgraduate Management Accounting and Controlling Studies. Willem Heijman
Wim Heijman graduated as an economist from Tilburg University in the Netherlands in 1979. He holds a PhD degree from Wageningen University, where he works since 1981. In 2000 he was appointed professor of Regional Economics. He teaches classes in General and Regional Economics and supervises master and PhD theses in this areas. He is the author of a number of articles and books in his field of study. At present he is the chairman of the International Network for the MBA in Agribusiness and Commerce (AGRIMBA). He received a honorable doctor degree from the University of Debrecen (Hungary) and was awarded the ‘Goddess of Harvest Prize’ by the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague.

Lecturer at the International Development and Training Center of the University of Wolverhampton (CIDT). He has extensive professional experience in the field of teaching. Research interests focus on education, living conditions in rural areas and restoration of natural resources.
He participates in research on institutional strengthening and technology transfer. He specializes in management and strategic planning. He has extensive experience in project management and adult education.
Participant of many international research projects, incl. in Poland, Brazil, Bangladesh and Kazakhstan. In 1999-2004, he was a lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton. Author of many publications.
Błażej Krupa
IT Product Manager at DHL Supply Chain, responsible for the development of business applications in Central Europe. The leader of the department responsible for implementing the latest technologies in the logistics, human resource management, process optimization and transport sectors.
Long-term consultant responsible for planning, implementation and project management in the contract logistics sector in Europe. Winner of the CEO Supply Chain award – Innovation Leader. Author of publications on the optimization of the supply chain in the logistics press. The only Polish-speaking licensed Manhattan Associated consultant in Europe.
Professional interests: the impact of technology on people’s everyday lives in the areas of economic, political and social preferences.

Journalist. President of First Communications, a PR agency (20 years on the market) specializing in social campaigns, PR and Media Relations for the agri-food industry. Director of the Polish Chamber of Milk. CHEFEA expert (Agency of the European Commission dealing with promotional programs). A key PR expert in pre-accession and EU projects. She was responsible for the concept and implementation of many PR campaigns in Poland and abroad. Member of the Management Committee of the Milk Promotion Fund, vice-president of the Social Dialogue Council at the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development. Certified trainer.

Marketing manager and director with many years of work experience in international concerns in the FMCG industry (Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Cadbury Wedel, Wrigley, Nutricia Danone). Marketing lecturer at WSKiK in Warsaw.
Magdalena Mądra-Sawicka
Assistant professor at the Department of Corporate Finance at the Department of Finance, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance and Postgraduate Studies in Financial Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Research interests: managerial accounting, budgeting, financing small and medium-sized enterprises, sources of financing enterprises. Lecturer incl. such subjects as managerial accounting, principles of cost accounting, corporate finance, corporate finance management and assessment of the financial situation of enterprises. Malgorzata Nowacka
Research and didactic worker at the Department of Food Engineering and Production Organization at the Faculty of Food Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A long-time employee of the Food, Nutrition and Cosmetics Safety Supervision Department at the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw. An expert cooperating with the Contact Point of the FAO / WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission, operating at the Main Inspectorate of Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products. Finalist of the government program “Top 500 Innovators Science – Management – Commercialization”, under which she completed a two-month internship at Stanford University in California (USA).
He cooperates with companies from the food and packaging industry. He conducts trainings in the field of food safety and the requirements of food law. She lectured on food safety at the JJ Strossmayer University in Osijek (Croatia) and at the University of Veterinary Medicine and Food Sciences ONIRIS in Nantes (France). She completed a scientific internship at NASA SyntheticBiology (MountainView, California, USA).
Main scientific interests: issues of food safety, materials and products intended for contact with food, designing food industry plants, designing new products for the food industry, application of unconventional methods of food processing in food technology. Author and co-author of about 90 publications and a reviewer of scientific articles.
Jakub Olipra
Economist at the Macroeconomic Analysis Department at Credit Agricole Bank Polska, where he is responsible for analyzes in the agri-food sector. PhD student at the Warsaw School of Economics. In his doctoral dissertation, he conducts research on forecasting the prices of agricultural raw materials, with particular emphasis on the milk market. From 2017 cooperates with the Polish Chamber of Milk, preparing analyzes for the needs of the Weekly Insider and Monthly Analyzes of the Polish Chamber of Milk. Author of numerous articles and commentaries in the agri-food sector. Research interests: agricultural economics, econometrics and statistics, financial markets and behavioral economics.
Marcin Opas
Experienced manager and entrepreneur – the company he manages (Danish Technological Institute Polska Sp. Z o. O.) Has recorded an over 500-fold increase in working capital within 15 years. At the same time, he works as a trainer and consultant in the field of management – several thousand trained people in Poland and abroad. Extensive experience in project management – over 100 successful projects. He worked for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank and the International Development Agency in the United States, in the Balkans and in Ukraine.
PhD student at Kozminski University, certified manager and trainer of IPMA projects, graduate of the Jagiellonian University University. Fluent in English and good in Russian. Privately, he is passionate about Polish dance in a social form.
Joanna Olga Paliszkiewicz
Associate professor at the Department of Economics and Enterprise Organization at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and a professor at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. Winner of many Polish and international awards, e.g. Computer Educator of the Year 2013 awarded in the USA and Lifetime Academic Achievement Award and Fellow and Distinguished Scholar awarded by the International Institute for Applied Knowledge Management.
Michał Pietrzak
Professor at the Department of Economics and Enterprise Organization at the Faculty of Economics of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Member of the Program Council of the International MBA Program “Management in Agribusiness” at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and, in the past PRE-MBA “Management methods and techniques” . Vice-chairman of the Rector’s Committee of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for university development. Head of Stationary Doctoral Studies. Member of many committees at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) (for strategy, for scientific conduct and proceedings, for didactics). A long-term consultant and trainer in the field of strategic and economic analyzes, as well as strategic management and Balanced Scorecard. In this area, it cooperates with both business and public sector organizations.
Laureate “Fellow & Distinguished Scholar Award” in 2016 – an award granted by the International Institute for Applied Knowledge Management (USA). Eight times awarded with the award of the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for organizational achievements in the field of scientific and didactic research.
Main professional interests: industry economy (Industrial Organization), strategic management, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, new institutional economics, cooperatives and producer organizations, knowledge management. Agnieszka Podlewska
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Faculty of Human Nutrition, and post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Agriculture, MBA Management in Agribusiness. Participant of postgraduate studies in financial management and marketing as well as organization and management at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Participant of many industry courses in the field of food and feed safety in the food chain.
He has been using the knowledge gained during many years of work in the area of production, marketing and distribution of food for over 15 years in work for international bodies certifying management systems in the agri-food chain. Currently, he is the Technical Coordinator of Food Safety Management Systems, as well as a lead auditor, trainer and technical verifier at Lloyd’s Register (Polska) Sp. z o. o. / LRQA.

Assistant professor at the Department of Organization and Management of the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Agriculture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Christian Agriculture College in Dronten in the Netherlands and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics and Agriculture of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He obtained his habilitation in economics, specializing in agricultural economics and operational research at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

The area of interest is the construction and use of mathematical models of farms and the agricultural sector, assessment of the impact of agricultural policy on farms and rural areas, analysis of income risk of farms, assessment of the impact of agricultural activity on the environment, production of renewable energy in agriculture, farm management, production technology agriculture, development and evaluation of business plans for agricultural enterprises.
Author and co-author of over 60 publications on the above-mentioned topics.
