Studies in Warsaw

Classes are held at SGGW at ul. Nowoursynowska 166.

At the time of submitting the application for admission to the Studies, a non-returnable enrollment fee of PLN 500 is collected. Subsequent fees are PLN 4,800 for a one-off payment or in two semester installments of PLN 2,500 each (payment terms: the entire payment or the 1st installment by 15/10/2021, 2nd installment by 16/02/2022). Confirmation of the proof of payment should be sent:

If there is a need to issue an invoice, please complete and send / send us a form entitled “Invoice Request” available below.

If the studies are paid by the Employer, but the transfer is made from your private account, please attach to the confirmation of the transfer the Employer’s statement with information for whom (name, surname, address data of the student), for what data (Payer’s details) and the amount to be paid invoice issued. Such a declaration is not required if the transfer is made directly from the Employer’s account.

The University issues a VAT invoice at the request of the Purchaser who is a natural person in accordance with 106b sec. 3 of the act on tax on goods and services (VAT), i.e. in the case of a request made by the Buyer no later than within 3 months – counting from the end of the month in which the whole or part of the payment was received. The university will not issue an invoice if the request is submitted after this date.

If the Buyer is a company, the University issues VAT in accordance with the provisions of the VAT Act, i.e. by the 15th day of the month following the month in which the University received the payment for postgraduate studies.
