Recruitment conditions
Recruitment takes place without entrance exams according to the order of applications.
After the limit of places is exhausted, the information will be automatically posted on the study website and the enrollment will be closed.
A person with higher education with a master’s, engineer or bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) is entitled to submit documents.

Detailed conditions of recruitment for Postgraduate Studies “Car fleet management” at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences
Recruitment of candidates for Postgraduate Studies: Car fleet management is open to all interested parties and takes place on a first come first served basis and complete documents are established.
Required documents:
- personal questionnaire of a candidate for studies download
- application for admission to studies link to the document download ,
- a copy of a higher education diploma or an original diploma. In the case of graduating from a university abroad, the candidate submits the original of the diploma and its translation into Polish certified by authorized institutions, as well as a document confirming the recognition of the diploma or a certificate of exemption from the recognition procedure.
- proof of payment of tuition fees.

Information about admission to studies will be provided to the candidates after the list of admissions is closed until October 15 of this year. Studies start in October this year.

When submitting documents, the secretariat of studies confirms that the above-mentioned documents are true copies. The candidate for studies also signs a contract for the provision of educational services prepared by the secretariat of studies and an information clause in accordance with the GDPR:

Qualification will be based on the submitted complete documents. After meeting the recruitment conditions, the candidate receives an admission decision signed by the head of postgraduate studies at the inauguration of studies.

Information for people interested in receiving a VAT invoice
(Legal basis – Resolution No. 20 – 2013/2014 of the Senate of WULS-SGGW in Warsaw of 16 December 2013 and Article 99 (3) of the Act of 27 July 2005 Law on Higher Education, Journal of Laws of 2012, item 572 as amended and § 60 item 17 of the Statute of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences)
- Invoices for fees related to educational services will be issued only at the written request of the student, submitted through the Secretariat of Postgraduate Studies to the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. (Completed point 13 of the Personal Questionnaire – applies to the tuition fee).
- Persons paid for the tuition fee paid by the workplace are obliged to submit to the Postgraduate Studies Secretariat, within 7 days from the date of payment, a request for an invoice for the tuition fee, including confirmation of the payment for the studies. On this basis, an invoice will be issued by the WULS-SGGW Bureau for the workplace and sent by registered mail.
- Invoices will be issued after the payment is made.
- Invoices will be issued no later than three months from the end of the month in which the payment was made. In the invoice issued, the buyer will be the student and the payer will be the workplace or institution making the payment.
- After three months, counting from the end of the month in which the payment was made, invoices will not be issued by the WULS-SGGW Bureau in Warsaw.
The study office, interested persons are admitted to:
on Saturdays from 10.00 to 12.00. (during descents). In the current edition, on-call duty will be remote.
