Payment rules

At the time of downloading to the download studio, there is a non-returnable entry fee of PLN 500. Subsequent fees amount to PLN 4,800 with a one-off or two semester installments of PLN 2,500 each (prices: payment or first installment by 15/10/2021, second installment by 16/02/2022).

If the invoice price is required, please complete and send us a form entitled “Application_faktura” available in the “Recruitment” tab (it cannot be a scan, only delivered in person or sent by post).

If the studies are paid by the Employer, but the transfer is made from your private account, please attach the Employer’s statement to the analysis of the transfer with information for whom (name, surname, address data of the student of the studio), to what data (Payer’s data) and for what amount invoice. Such a declaration is not required if the transfer is made directly from the Employer’s account.

The University issues a VAT invoice to the Purchaser who is a physical source in accordance with 106b sec. 3 of the act on tax on goods and services (VAT), i.e. in the case of notification by the Buyer no later than within 3 months – counting from the end of the period in which the whole or part of the amount was received. The university will not issue an invoice if the guarantee of receipt of the confirmation of receipt after this date.

If the Buyer is a company, the University issues VAT in accordance with the provisions of the VAT law, i.e. by the 15th day of the month, after the commencement in which the University received the payment for postgraduate studies.
