Jan Dworniak , doctor of economic sciences, statutory auditor. Participant of various industry courses, including for certified chief accountants. He organized a consulting and training unit PUHP Sanpollac Spółka oo which deals with training for staff in accounting of enterprises in the field of accounting and tax law. As part of the audit unit Jan Dworniak Sp. z o. o. Centrum Badań Audytorskich, Analyzes and Financial Consulting conducts financial audit, mainly in dairy and meat enterprises. He is a lecturer in financial accounting, corporate income tax, personal income tax, tax on goods and services, cost taxes, stamp duty and tax on civil law transactions as well as tax ordinance. He is the author of several editions of the model chart of accounts for dairy enterprises and books on accounting and taxes.
Marzena Ganc , PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Department of Finance, Institute of Economics and Finance, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Lecturer incl. such subjects as financial accounting, international accounting, organization of accounting in a company, valuation in accounting according to world standards and social security. He is a lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and professional training in the field of accounting. He is an assistant to the statutory auditor in auditing the accounting of business entities. Author of many publications in the field of accounting and finance.
Roman Kotapski , habilitated doctor in economics, consultant in the field of cost management, President of the Management Board of MARINA Sp. z o. o., publisher and editor of the magazine Controlling and Management . He specializes in cost accounting, management accounting, budgeting, cost management and controlling. He developed and implemented budgeting systems in, inter alia, construction and assembly companies, commercial companies, radio stations, water supply and sewage systems and hospitals. He lectures incl. from the organization of controlling, operational controlling, budgeting in the enterprise, management accounting, cost accounting and logistics controlling.
Joanna Paliszkiewicz , habilitated doctor in economics, associate professor at the Institute of Management of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. She completed a research internship at the University of Cork in Ireland. She obtained a degree in Finland Adj. Professor (Vaasa University). Research interests focus on the subject of knowledge management, intellectual capital and trust management. She lectured at universities, incl. in the USA, South Korea, Czech Republic, Hungary and Finland. She is a laureate of various awards, incl. Computer Educator of the Year 2013, awarded by the International Association of Computer Information System in the USA.
Michał Pietrzak , habilitated doctor in economics, associate professor at the Institute of Economics and Finance of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He completed a research internship at the Wageningen University (the Netherlands). Head of PRE-MBA Postgraduate Studies, Management Methods and Techniques. Award winner Fellow and Distinguished Scholar and Best Research Paper Award , awarded by the International Institute of Applied Knowledge Management. The area of interest includes strategy and strategic management, measurement of the effectiveness and achievements of enterprises, industry economics, knowledge management, modern management methods and techniques. Long-term consultant and trainer in the field of strategic management and strategic scorecard. He works with business practice, leading consulting projects, expert opinions and training. He was awarded five times by the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for achievements in the field of research, teaching and organizational activity.
Andrzej Skolmowski , economist, graduate of the Institute of Economics at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Catholic University of Lublin and doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics. Finance and corporate strategy manager with over 20 years of professional experience. Co-creator of the implemented consolidation of the Polish chemical sector in terms of strategy, organization of the capital group, shaping management teams and the functioning of the financial system. He specializes in managing change in the key areas of activity of economic units and capital groups, in the context of creating value for shareholders. He led management teams and substantially participated in the creation and implementation of efficient controlling models and reporting systems in listed capital groups. He has consolidated IT systems with teams of managers and specialists, and participated in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence systems that effectively support management processes. He designed and introduced significant changes in the functioning of business areas, improving the effectiveness and profitability of sales, purchases and logistics of medium and very large enterprises, such as Grupa Azoty, where in 2009-2016 he was the Vice President for Sales. Finance and Trade, and then the Vice President for Group Finance. At that time, he was responsible for key restructuring projects and foreign acquisitions, increasing production capacity and participation in the international market. He has integrated finance and sales of the acquired enterprises with the Group. He has extensive theoretical knowledge and practical experience in managing enterprises of various scales of activity. He successfully conducts seminars with managers in enterprises, meetings with politicians, investor groups and students.
Roman Stolarski , management expert, Facilitator, Master Class Business Coach. He specializes in economic efficiency – effectiveness and efficiency of management, proper selection of management information and risk optimization in business processes in the area of marketing, sales, production, logistics and human resources. He has extensive management, training and consulting practice in Poland, England, Germany, Russia and Ukraine. He developed and implemented decision-making systems based on controlling tools. He prepared management teams for process management and implementation of parametric management systems related to strategy cascading (BSC and KPI). He lectures incl. in marketing controlling as well as process and project management. He has an International Management Diploma (Executive International MBA with honors, French Institute of Management in Warsaw).
Anna Wasilewska , PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Department of Corporate Finance and Accounting at the Department of Finance, Institute of Economics and Finance of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She participated in the audit of financial statements, cooperating with the statutory auditor. He conducts research in the field of economics and finance of enterprises, including in particular the organization and economic results as well as innovative activity of agri-food processing enterprises. She was the head of a research grant from the National Science Center. He conducts didactic classes in accounting, cost accounting, management accounting and financial reporting.
Natalia Wasilewska , habilitated doctor in economics, manager of investment projects of CDKM Sp. z o. o., analyst of the World Bank project. The basic directions of research work include improving the development of corporate lending by banks, as well as mortgage relations. Particular attention is paid to the valuation of the mortgage items. She managed projects related to business planning, preparation of selected chapters of project reports, property valuation and related rights. She has completed several internships, incl. at the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and DipIFR ( ACCA). He lectures on corporate finance, financial analysis and management of economic projects. Author of many scientific publications in the field of finance and organization of enterprises.
Mirosław Wasilewski , habilitated doctor in economics, associate professor at the Institute of Economics and Finance of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, head of the Department of Finance, and inter alia Postgraduate Studies in Accounting, Postgraduate Studies in Public Settlements, Postgraduate Studies in Tax and International Accounting. He was a manager or co-contractor of several scientific and economic projects in the field of finance, financial and management accounting and controlling. He works with business practice in the field of consultancy and economic and financial analyzes, mainly in the food and agribusiness sectors. He also cooperates with audit units in the field of consulting and design, incl. with Ecovis System Rewident and BDO Polska. He is the editor-in-chief of a scientific journal Financial Management and Accounting . He has been awarded several times by the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for his scientific activities.
Serhiy Zabolotnyy , PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Department of Corporate Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He completed postgraduate studies in financial management in an enterprise and postgraduate studies in accounting and enterprise finances at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed several internships in audit units, during which he was involved in auditing financial statements. He has practical experience gained in private sector units in the field of financial analysis and controlling. He participated in several training projects under the EU funds in the area of accounting and finance. Research interests include the areas of accounting and corporate finance, with a detailed focus on issues in the field of financial reporting, auditing, financial analysis and asset valuation.
