Recruitment conditions
Candidates for Postgraduate Studies in Logistics must have completed higher education (diploma at least at the undergraduate or engineering level).
The order of applications and payment of the required fees decides about admission to studies.
The minimum number of participants is 20 people (please be advised that if a smaller number of candidates apply in a given academic year, the studies will not be launched).
In the first stage of recruitment, please send an e-mail informing about your willingness to participate in the studies to the following address: splogistyka@sggw.pl. Then, in the first half of September, the secretariat of studies will ask you to send / submit documents (application for admission to studies / personal questionnaire, a copy of the university diploma issued by the University, GDPR statements). Before submitting the documents to the secretariat, we will ask you to pay the 1st installment or the entire tuition fee. Documentation necessary to apply for admission to studies includes:
– application for admission to studies / personal questionnaire application for admission
– a copy of the higher education diploma issued by the University
– statement GDPR
– 1 photo (ID format)
– proof of payment

* To submit documents in person, make an appointment at
phone: 22 593 42 60. During the visit, it is necessary to put on a mask and
using disposable gloves.
Candidates will be informed about their admission to studies after the list of admissions is closed
by 5.10 of the current year. Studies start in October this year.
The tuition fee for Postgraduate Studies is PLN 4,400 with a one-off payment
or PLN 4,600 if payable in two semester installments of PLN 2,300 each
(payment terms: full payment or 1st installment until 30/09/2020, and 2nd installment until 15/01/2021)
A student of postgraduate studies is obliged to provide a confirmation to the Secretariat of Studies
the payment made, which is a proof of willingness to participate (to the e-mail address: splogistyka@sggw.pl).
The organizer reserves the right not to start postgraduate studies in case of too little
the number of submissions. In such a situation, recruitment participants will receive a refund of all paid tuition fees.

In the case of payment in installments, please add in the payment title: “1st installment” or “2nd installment” if
the payment is made in full, we do not provide information about installments.
Information for people whose tuition fees are paid by the workplace and need an invoice
* Persons paid tuition fees are to be delivered to the workplace within 7 days from the date of payment
secretariat of studies (e-mail: splogistyka@sggw.pl , or in person, building No. 3, room 109) information with a request
for an invoice for the tuition fees, including confirmation of payment for studies. On this basis, it will stay
Invoice issued by the WULS-SGGW invoice for the workplace and sent by registered mail.
* Invoices will be issued after payment. We will issue invoices up to 30 days after payment.
