The study is directed at to people:
• involved in the public procurement process;
• participating in the process of implementing public procurement;
• working in the public finance sector;
• responsible for the proper management of public funds;
• contractors submitting bids in the public procurement sector;
• supervising the spending of public funds;
• controlling regularities in the public procurement process;
• candidates for high state positions, whose unquestionable advantage is their knowledge of the principles of managing public funds;
• implementing EU projects;
and other people interested in deepening their knowledge and skills in the correct and effective spending of public money.
Recruitment rules
Students of postgraduate studies can be people with a first or second degree diploma (bachelor, engineer, master).
The studies will last two semesters. Recruitment of candidates for studies is open and takes place on a first come first served basis and complete documents are submitted.

The organizer reserves the right not to start postgraduate studies in case of insufficient number of applications. In such a situation, recruitment participants will receive a refund of all paid amounts together with the entry fee.
Skills acquired by graduates of postgraduate studies
Obtaining the required qualifications for work in the civil service, especially the so-called specialized education for people employed in public administration and people cooperating with the administration in the implementation of public procurement.
A graduate of postgraduate studies should have theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of public procurement and have the ability to recognize, diagnose and solve problems in this field. The graduate acquires knowledge that will enable him to work in administration and public institutions as well as companies related to administration in the future.
Certificate and Exam
The condition of graduation is passing the final exam. The Examination Committee draws the candidates who take the exam three questions from the pool of about one hundred questions available to students for self-study. Examination questions Students are given at the beginning of the second semester a few months before the exam. The study program does not provide for the preparation of a diploma thesis.
After successfully passing the final examination, participants will receive a certificate from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) (a model in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of September 12, 2018. on documents issued in connection with the course or completion of postgraduate studies and specialist education (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1791)) certifying completed postgraduate studies in public procurement.
Organization of studies
The studies will be conducted at the Faculty of Economics of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, ul. Nowoursynowska 166. (Look Campus map .).
The studies will last two semesters with a total of 176 hours.
In each semester, there will be several meetings at two-week intervals (on Saturdays and Sundays). According to the schedule given to participants at the beginning of each semester.
* People from outside Warsaw for an additional fee, they can use the “Ikar” guest rooms at the Assistant Hotel of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
The rooms can be:
• 1-person room – we have 10 of them, current price PLN 155 / day
• double rooms – there are 46 of them, the current price is PLN 200.00 / day / room
• If the segment is divided into a living room and a bedroom, it is an apartment.
There are 3 apartments in the Ikar Guest Rooms for PLN 280.00 per night.
Each room has access to the Internet and a telephone. Single rooms and apartments additionally TV.
On the ground floor of our facility there is a bar called Dedal, which serves our guests breakfast, lunch and dinner. The use of the bar is not obligatory. Breakfasts are included in the price of the accommodation.
