Anna Bernaziuk , doctor of economic sciences, certified accountant and statutory auditor , Member of the Management Board and Managing Partner of the Audit Department of BDO Polska. He participates in the work of the Accounting Standards Committee (IAS specialization). He has experience in auditing financial statements in accordance with the AA and IFRS, in IPO and due diligence projects, as well as in conducting expert opinions and consultations in the area of accounting and finance. Author and co-author of numerous publications, with many years of experience in conducting workshops and training courses in finance and accounting, including IFRS and auditing for the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He conducts audits of individual and consolidated financial statements of listed companies and participates in the preparation of prospectuses. She has advised on mergers and divisions of capital companies, as well as on their transformations. He has extensive teaching experience.
Jan Dworniak , doctor of economic sciences, statutory auditor. Participant of various industry courses, including for certified chief accountants. He organized a consulting and training unit PUHP Sanpollac Spółka oo which deals with training for staff in accounting of enterprises in the field of accounting and tax law. As part of the audit unit Jan Dworniak Sp. z o. o. Centrum Badań Audytorskich, Analyzes and Financial Consulting conducts financial audit, mainly in dairy and meat enterprises. He is a lecturer in financial accounting, corporate income tax, personal income tax, tax on goods and services, cost taxes, stamp duty and tax on civil law transactions as well as tax ordinance. He is the author of several editions of the model chart of accounts for dairy enterprises and books on accounting and taxes.
Marzena Ganc , doctor of economic sciences, assistant professor at the Department of Corporate Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Lecturer incl. such subjects as financial accounting, international accounting, organization of accounting in a company, valuation in accounting according to world standards and social security. He is a lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and professional training in the field of accounting. He is an assistant to the statutory auditor in auditing the accounting of business entities. Author of many publications in the field of accounting and finance.
Marcin Górski , attorney-at-law, tax advisor. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and passed the tax advisor exam. He specializes in tax issues, i.e. in particular in the field of tax liabilities, corporate income tax, transactions between related entities, personal income tax, tax on goods and services, tax proceedings and court and administrative proceedings in tax matters, mergers and divisions of companies. He has worked and collaborated, among others with Arthur Andersen Polska Sp. z o. o. and the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o. o. He runs his own Law Firm and the Tax Advisory Office. He advised on mergers and divisions of capital companies. He has extensive teaching experience, incl. at the request of such entities as BDO Polska Sp. z o. o., the Accountants Association in Poland, the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o. o., MDDP Akademia Biznesu Sp. z o. o. He is the author of many publications in the field of tax law.
Magdalena Mądra-Sawicka , doctor of economic sciences, assistant professor at the Department of Corporate Finance, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance and Postgraduate Studies in Financial Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Research interests include financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, sources of financing enterprises, capital structure and determinants shaping it, taxation of agriculture in Poland and the importance of the financial gap in the development of enterprises in the SME sector. Lecturer incl. subjects such as corporate finance, corporate financial management and corporate finance strategies. He is a lecturer at Postgraduate Studies in Accounting, Postgraduate Studies in Knowledge about Society and Entrepreneurship and Postgraduate Studies in Logistics at SGGW. Author of many publications in the field of finance.
Aleksandra Pisarska , doctor of economic sciences, holds the MF qualification certificate for providing bookkeeping services. Vice President of the Management Board of the accounting office of Multi Investments Sp. z o. o. and the President of the Management Board of Aremyka Sp. z o. o. She was the Bursar of the Jagiellonian University in Kielce, and currently is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Management and the Chancellor of this University. He has extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial management of organizations, improvement of financial and accounting procedures and obtaining external sources of financing for organizational units operating in the private, public and social sectors. He conducts classes in the field of accounting, management accounting, accounting of related entities, cost accounting, financial audit and finance. He is a lecturer at the Association of Accountants in Poland, District Branch in Kielce. She was a contractor in 7 projects financed from EU funds. She is the author of about 50 scientific studies and has appeared at 26 conferences.
Natalia Wasilewska , habilitated doctor in economics, manager of investment projects of CDKM Sp. z o. o., analyst of the World Bank project. The basic directions of research work include improving the development of corporate lending by banks, as well as mortgage relations. Particular attention is paid to the valuation of the mortgage items. She managed projects related to business planning, preparation of selected chapters of project reports, property valuation and related rights. She has completed several internships, incl. at the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and DipIFR ( ACCA). He lectures on corporate finance, financial analysis and management of economic projects. Author of many scientific publications in the field of finance.
Mirosław Wasilewski , habilitated doctor of economic sciences, associate professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, head of the Department of Finance at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Postgraduate Studies in Accounting, Postgraduate Studies in Controlling and Management Accounting, Postgraduate Studies in Tax and International Accounting. He was a manager or co-contractor of several scientific and economic projects in the field of finance, financial and management accounting and controlling. He works with business practice in the field of consultancy and economic and financial analyzes, mainly in the food and agribusiness sectors. He also cooperates with audit units in the field of consulting and design, incl. with Ecovis System Rewident and BDO Polska. He is the editor-in-chief of a scientific journal Financial Management and Accounting . He has been awarded several times by the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences for his scientific activities.
Serhiy Zabolotnyy , PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Department of Accounting at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He completed postgraduate studies in financial management in an enterprise and postgraduate studies in accounting and enterprise finances at the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed several internships in audit units (including BDO, Ecovis System Rewident), during which he was involved in auditing financial statements. He has practical experience gained in private sector units in the field of financial analysis and controlling. He participated in several training projects under the EU funds in the area of accounting and finance. Research interests include the areas of accounting and corporate finance, with a detailed focus on issues in the field of financial reporting, auditing, financial analysis and asset valuation.
