Lecturers
Lecturers are a team of academics from universities and experienced practitioners dealing with tax law, tax advisors, people associated with accounting services, people with many years of experience in servicing human resources and payroll, and experts in other fields complementing knowledge and skills in this field.

Marian Grzegorz Podstawka
Professor dr hab. long-term academic lecturer dealing with the issues of, among others Others. public finance, local government finance, taxes and insurance. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific works. During his professional career, he was the dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the President of the Association of Agricultural and Agribusiness Economists (SERiA), and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Mazowieckie Centrum Hodowli i Rozród Animals. Currently, he is the head of the Department of Law and Finance at the Department of European Public Finance Policy and Marketing – WNE SGGW in Warsaw. He is a member of the Scientific Council of: Scientific Journals of the Series, Administration and Management of the University of Podlasie in Siedlce and the KRUS Quarterly.
Marzena Ganc
PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance. Lecturer in subjects such as accounting, financial accounting, international accounting, organization of accounting in a company, management accounting, financial control and audit, valuation in accounting according to global standards, sensitivity analysis in management accounting, cost control, social insurance. In addition, he is a lecturer at Postgraduate Accounting Studies and professional training in this field. Author of many publications in the field of accounting.
Marcin Górski
Advocate, tax advisor, partner in an attorney-at-law company and a tax advisory company. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in Warsaw and graduated from the Bar Apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He passed the tax advisor exam. He worked in Polish and international consulting companies. He has advised on complex economic transactions, in particular, such as mergers and divisions of capital companies. He has represented clients in disputes before common courts, administrative courts and public administration bodies, in particular before tax and fiscal control authorities. He conducted tax audits and prepared documentation of transactions between related entities. He has extensive teaching experience, incl. at the request of such entities as BDO Polska Sp. z o. o., the Accountants Association in Poland, the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o. o., MDDP Akademia Biznesu Sp. z o. o. He is the author of many publications in the field of tax law. He specializes in corporate law, the law of trading in financial instruments, corporate income tax, value added tax, and in tax and court-administrative proceedings.
Hubert Grzyb
Tax advisor, partner in an attorney-at-law and tax advisory company. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He gained his experience working in a law firm specializing in legal and tax services for business entities operating in the industrial, manufacturing, construction, insurance, pharmaceutical, insurance and waste management sectors. He participated in complex economic transactions, in particular, such as: acquisitions and divisions of capital companies and tax audits. He advised clients on the correct settlement and optimization of tax on goods and services in connection with major amendments to the VAT Act in 2010/2011 and 2013/2014. He has extensive training experience in the field of tax on goods and services, in particular in the field of foreign transactions and the correct documentation of VAT-taxed transactions, as well as in the field of income tax. He conducted trainings for private entities as well as employees of tax authorities and tax inspection authorities. Author of numerous publications in the field of tax law. He specializes in the issues of substantive tax law, in particular value added tax and direct taxes, as well as in the issues of procedural tax law, including tax proceedings and audits as well as court and administrative proceedings.
Anna Milewska
PhD in economics, academic teacher at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In his research and didactic work, he takes up issues related, among others, to:
• public finances,
• functioning of local governments (finances, organizational structure, forms of cooperation, etc.),
• public services market,
• public-private partnership.
In the years 2002-2004, he was the main contractor of the research project “Diversification of budgets of municipalities in Poland” financed by the Ministry of Science and Information Technology. Author and co-author of over 40 articles (popular science and research).
Wojciech Ostaszewski
Doctor of law, attorney-at-law specializing in labor law as well as labor law relationships with civil law. He runs his own law firm. He gained his professional experience working in law firms and the Supreme Court. Author of a monograph on supplementary liability of the employer, co-author of commentaries on social insurance acts, edited by judges of the Supreme Court. Author of several dozen scientific articles.
Agnieszka Wachowicz
Experienced specialist in HR and payroll matters with 18 years of practice. She developed her professional competences in internal HR and payroll departments.
Experienced HR and payroll trainer, systematically involved in the implementation of training projects dedicated to HR and payroll specialists. HR and payroll.
On a daily basis, he works in an outsourcing company as a Manager in the Human Resources and Payroll Department, manages a team of several specialists, supervises the implementation of outsourcing projects in the field of payroll and human resources.
Agnieszka Janowska
Legal Counsel. He has specialized for many years in labor and social security law, provides legal assistance from the moment of employing an employee through supervision over the proper functioning of the employer (internal regulations, anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing procedures, personal data protection, application of collective and individual labor and health and safety law) until termination of the employment relationship (documentation, participation in “separation” meetings). He represents clients before labor courts, labor inspection, ZUS, arbitration and conciliation courts. He participates in negotiations with employee representatives (trade unions, employee councils). She is the author of press articles, among others, on mobbing, the social benefits fund, parental rights, as an expert she also speaks in radio and television news programs and conducts training and workshops in the field of labor law.
