Janina Bartkiewicz
A graduate of law and administration, she has many years of experience in the field of real estate management as well as in the field of work in construction. In 2000, she obtained a professional property administrator’s license No. 640 and a construction license No. Wa-357/93 to manage and supervise the works of sanitary installations. Member of the Masovian Chamber of Engineers and Construction. Professional work is mainly related to the management of housing communities, and to a lesser extent of housing cooperatives and office buildings. For many years he has been the president of a housing cooperative in Warsaw.
Bożena Blum
M.D. graduated in construction – Faculty of Sanitary and Water Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology. He has construction and building qualifications to perform independent technical functions in construction, issued by the Voivodship Office in Warsaw, Department of Urban and Construction Supervision. A graduate of the European Distance Education- Poland Study of Modern Management. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics of Postgraduate Studies for Managers of Municipal and Housing Economy. She graduated from the European Law Study for people who make Energy Performance Certificates. He has a 3rd degree certificate of the FIDIC organization. Licensed Property Manager.

For several years he has been dealing with the area of real estate management and management of investment processes, including investments subsidized from European funds.
She started her professional career by working in a construction company Hydrobudowa 6 as a Cost Estimating and Contracts Specialist, and then as a Construction Engineer for the subway section at ul. Herbst (Ursynów) in Warsaw. In 1987/88 she worked in Germany at the Legal Office of Real Estate Trading in Munich. After returning to Poland, she started working as an Investment Director in a Foreign Enterprise. Since 1997, she has been continuously involved in investment processes as an Investment Advisor to RUCH SA, President for Investments and Development of Kornitol Polska Sp. z o. o. Director of the Investment and Real Estate Office in the RUCH Management Board as well as an Investment Expert at Italco Poland. Since 2000, in Retail Development Services, she has dealt with the implementation of investments in large commercial facilities, including Project Implementation Engineer Galeria Mokotów, as well as investments of the nationwide retail chain Dom Towarowych Centrum. Since 2001, he has been professionally involved in the management of residential and commercial real estate. Since 2003, he has been publishing articles in the trade press (Spóła Mieszkaniowa, Administrator). Organizer and lecturer at training courses and National Conferences on Property Management. Lecturer in the field of real estate management.

A lawyer with many years of practice, specializing in housing management, employee of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Mirosław Gajdak
Landscape architect – doctor of technical sciences in the discipline of architecture and urban planning. He specializes in the functional and spatial structure of metropolitan areas and strategic environmental impact assessments. He has over fifteen years of professional experience in spatial planning. In 2006, he obtained the authorization to design independently in spatial planning. Co-author of studies on the conditions and directions of spatial development and several dozen local spatial development plans for areas located in the metropolitan, urban and rural structure. Currently employed as the main specialist in the Municipal Workshop of Spatial Planning and Development Strategy. Member of municipal urban planning and architectural commissions and author of many expert opinions. He developed his several years of teaching experience in the fields of landscape architecture and spatial management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and in the field of architecture and urban planning at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Marzena Ganc
PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Department of Economics and Organization of Enterprises, Faculty of Economic Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance. Lecturer in subjects such as accounting, financial accounting, international accounting, organization of accounting in a company, management accounting, financial control and audit, valuation in accounting according to global standards, sensitivity analysis in management accounting, cost control, social insurance. In addition, he is a lecturer at Postgraduate Accounting Studies and professional training in this field. Author of many publications in the field of accounting.
Marcin Górski
Advocate, tax advisor, partner in an attorney-at-law company and a tax advisory company. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in Warsaw and graduated from the Bar Apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. He passed the tax advisor exam. He worked in Polish and international consulting companies. He has advised on complex economic transactions, in particular, such as mergers and divisions of capital companies. He has represented clients in disputes before common courts, administrative courts and public administration bodies, in particular before tax and fiscal control authorities. He conducted tax audits and prepared documentation of transactions between related entities. He has extensive teaching experience, incl. at the request of such entities as BDO Polska Sp. z o. o., the Accountants Association in Poland, the Institute of Tax Studies Modzelewski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o. o., MDDP Akademia Biznesu Sp. z o. o. He is the author of many publications in the field of tax law. He specializes in corporate law, the law of trading in financial instruments, corporate income tax, value added tax, and in tax and court-administrative proceedings.
Judyta Guzikow
A graduate of the University of Warsaw. Licensed property manager. He runs his own business – real estate management and administration, where he cooperates with the main entities in the field of real estate management on the Warsaw market. A long-term lecturer in the field of real estate services (apprenticeships and training for real estate managers).
Henryk Jędrzejewski
Author of many publications, expert opinions and lectures in the field of real estate management. Expert of the Polish Federation of Associations of Property Appraisers. For many years, the director of the Department at the Ministry of Spatial Economy and Construction, and after its liquidation at the Housing and Urban Development Office, he managed real estate management and professional activities in the field of real estate appraisal, real estate brokerage and real estate management. He performed this function from 1987 to 2004, ie until the liquidation of the Office.
He is the main author of the regulations governing real estate management and professional activity in the field of real estate market services, leading to their legislation on the part of the government (the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management and the implementing provisions to this act). As the director of the Department, he provided opinions on the professional standards of property appraisers and real estate agents. From 1992 to 2002, he was the Chairman of the State Qualification Committee for issuing professional qualifications and licenses in the field of real estate valuation, real estate brokerage and real estate management.
Real estate appraiser (since the beginning of this profession) has professional qualifications No. 1 to estimate real estate and the license No. 1 of a real estate agent and the license No. 1 of the property manager.
Elwira Laskowska
PhD in economics, assistant professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Long-term lecturer in subjects such as real estate appraisal, enterprise appraisal, real estate market, real estate in mortgage banking, real estate valorization in spatial management. In addition, a lecturer at the WSSE in Warsaw, postgraduate studies and professional training for property appraisers. Author of publications in the field of methodological and practical aspects of real estate and enterprise valuation and the functioning of the real estate market. Since 1997, he has been working as a property appraiser (state powers in the field of property appraisal No. 2428). He is a member of the Warsaw Association of Property Appraisers, the State Qualification Committee of the Subcommittee for Real Estate Estimation.
Marian Grzegorz Podstawka
Professor dr hab. long-term academic lecturer dealing with the issues of, among others Others. public finance, local government finance, taxes and insurance. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific works. During his professional career, he was the dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the President of the Association of Agricultural and Agribusiness Economists (SERiA), and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Mazowieckie Centrum Hodowli i Rozród Animals. Currently, he is the head of the Department of European Public Finance Policy and Marketing at WNE SGGW. He is a member of the Scientific Council of: Scientific Journals of the Series, Administration and Management of the University of Podlasie in Siedlce and the KRUS Quarterly.
Mieczysław Połoński
Dr hab. Prof. WULS-SGGW, a long-term academic lecturer, his main area of scientific activity is planning and control of the implementation of engineering investments with particular emphasis on the specific conditions in which the objects are made. He works on technological solutions that are used in the course of works, assesses the risk of planned works, the costs of building facilities and environmental protection requirements.
An important achievement in this regard was the development of SPRIMAC and SPRIMAS programs that enable the analysis of any engineering project presented in the form of a two-point network schedule, taking into account the duration of individual activities, resources necessary for their implementation and their general availability on the construction site as well as the costs to be incurred when engaging the required resources . The developed programs allow, among others, to calculate the length of the works execution cycle, their scheduling, determining the demand and availability of resources necessary for the implementation of planned projects, determining the necessary financial outlays for the execution of facilities, control of the implementation of works and verification of schedules, management of the implementation of engineering structures.
He is the author of several dozen scientific publications and expert opinions. Since 2003, he has been a member of the Civil Engineering Committee of the Civil Engineering Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and since 2007 he has been the editor-in-chief of the Scientific Review of Engineering and Environmental Management.
Ewa Winiczenko
Notary Public – a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mikołaj Kopernik in Toruń and the management department at the University of Warsaw. Real estate broker with fifteen years of professional experience. Lecturer at postgraduate studies in real estate brokerage. Former member of the National Qualification Committee at the Ministry of Infrastructure. Plenipotentiary of the Polish Federation of Real Estate Market for apprenticeships. Krzysztof Wiśniewski
Doctor of Engineering, employee of the Department of Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Lecturer in the field of construction, building physics, building materials, accompanying and auxiliary facilities in construction. Author and co-author of many construction projects for public utility buildings, multi-family and single-family housing, industrial and warehouse facilities, livestock buildings. He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific works. The conducted research is mainly related to construction and reducing its energy consumption.
Radosław Wójcik
A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, and postgraduate studies in Quality and Information Security Management in the IT Environment at the Warsaw University of Technology. Certified internal auditor of the public finance sector, certified IT auditor (CISA), certified internal auditor (CIA), certified internal auditor of the information security management system.
Author of publications in the field of information security and internal audit.
Member of the International ISACA Association.
Currently, he works as an internal auditor at Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej SA, leading and taking part in auditing tasks in the field of ICT systems.
He gained experience in the Ministry of Finance, working as an internal auditor in the Internal Audit Office, specialist in the IT Systems Development Department and in the Tax Chamber in Warsaw in the Independent Legally Protected Information Office.
Maciej Zackiewicz
Lecturer, financial analyst, specialist in the field of investing and managing commercial real estate, licensed real estate manager.
A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw University of Technology. He received with honors the Executive MBA title of one of the best MBA programs in the CEE region.
For over 10 years he has been dealing with commercial and land real estate. In recent years, he has held high management positions and cooperated with numerous capital funds and developers operating on the Polish and regional real estate market.
Currently, he is the managing director of the APOGEUM capital group, which deals with transaction handling, advisory services, brokerage services and commercial real estate management, as well as comprehensive delivery of design, geotechnical, surveying and advisory services for entities operating in the real estate, development and construction market.
